This oil is significantly different from the others due to its processing method: olives are pitted before the extraction and so only the pulp is pressed. This gives it a very fruity flavor.
100% Italian Organic EVO. NON filtered, naturally left to decant.
In the olives’ pit there is a small part (almost 2%) which contains oil.
We are able to obtain a lighter product extracting the oil only from the pulp: the ideal oil for who wants to flavour the dishes without covering the other flavours.
Its taste is persistent and harmonious, with a pleasant spicy aftertaste.
