The first traces of a Buondioli date back to 1864 with Mimmo (Domenico) Buondioli, in Carpino. It was he who founded the Antica Azienda Agricola Buondioli following a path of quality since then

The family
For four generations, passion for the land
Michele Buondioli
He's got oil in his veins.
Born in Carpino in 1964, son of farmers and always a farmer, he was able to combine tradition and innovation by carrying on the family business together with his brother Franco. Today he directs the Buondioli company, opening up to new challenges to guarantee quality and transparency to the consumer.
Francesco Buondioli
Production
Francesco is the head and arms of our company.
Born in 1968, he works closely with the land and puts passion and knowledge into everything he does. He directs the team during all the operations and personally follows the entire production process of the plants, from the flower to the harvest.
Domenico Buondioli
Product Manager
Domenico is young and motivated.
He decided to return to Puglia after his studies and some work experience in the retail sector. The call of the land was too strong and the desire to apply passion, study and innovation, mixing them with the long family tradition prevailed. He believes in the value of the land and the time has come to accept the challenge!

Giuseppe is our most faithful collaborator .
A longtime employee of the company, he has embraced the values of Azienda Buondioli from an early age and has never stopped collaborating with us, helping us to develop and optimize all processes.

Domenico is the youngest of the company .
He took his first steps among the olive trees. From an early age he gave a hand in the company and learned the values of agriculture and work.

We aimed at the heart of things: we did as Mother Nature does. Starting from the work in the countryside, we have created a product with unique organoleptic properties and without resorting to synthetic products, whether they are chemical fertilizers or pesticides.
Bio is life . Doing organic farming means developing a production model that avoids the excessive exploitation of natural resources, in particular of the soil , water and air , instead using these resources within a development model that can last over time.
Consumers are increasingly informed and ask for quality, respect for the environment and safety.
The mission of Azienda Buondioli is to bring to consumers' tables a pure and genuine Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil obtained exclusively from olives harvested in Italy, in Puglia .
Our company has always stood out for its ability to combine tradition and innovation in olive growing.
Expert hands and young agronomists follow the processing of the olives and the care of the plants throughout the year: from pruning to harvesting, up to milling and bottling.
