 Monocultivar, it’s a medium fruity.


Leccino is a cultivar with marked resistance and adaptability; it is possible to find it in many olive-growing areas of Italy.
The Leccino olive creates an elegant and delicate Extra-Virgin Olive Oil, which best matches the seafood cuisine as its structure does not overpower its personality.
Its peculiarities are shown it its armony of flavors, hints of almond and delicacy on the palate.
This olive oil boasts a very low acidity and a balanced taste, suitable for infant feeding, pinzimonio and for short cooking.
 

So many beneficial effects for health: rich in polyphenols which guarantee a very high resistance to oxidation and help fight free radicals.
Bright green with yellow shades.


The varietal characters of the Leccino olive, complete and fragrant, dominate the smell sense.
This olive oil gives intense and vivid aromas of fresh olives and a pleasantly harmonious flavor.
