Our creation

Our workhorse.
The most intense, the most Garganic one.  

Monocultivar, it comes from a variety of olives typical of our area and takes its name.


Our Ogliarola Garganica is the highest expression of this land, the Gargano. An important oil, intense and veracious as those who cultivate it. Ogliarola Garganica is a tasty, spicy and bitter Organic Extra-Virgin Olive Oil, with a long persistence of vegetable tones.
 

So many beneficial effects for health: rich in polyphenols which guarantee a very high resistance to oxidation and help fight free radicals.


Intense green with golden nuances, it has strong scents of almond, tomato, freshly cut grass and artichoke. The mouth is filled with plant hints: authoritative, rich, imposing but with a good balance of taste.
An Organic Extra-Virgin Olive Oil perfect to use raw on bruschetta, vegetables, salads and especially legume soups.

TASTE:
Balanced, slightly bitter with a spicy strong and persistent: elements pleasing especially if you use on raw vegetables. Rich tones of artichoke, almond, tomato and freshly cut grass.

 

ACIDITY:

Maximum 0.21 % (% oleic acid)

The decisive character of this oil allows it to enhance the flavor of any dish. Ideal on the table for seasoning for the first dishes and dishes of the tradition like for example soups, soups, legumes.
