Our creation

Our creation:a blend: 40% Ogliarola Garganica, 40% Leccino, 20% Picholine.
The olive oil that everyone likes.


Very often, a blend offers the possibility of reaching rich, wide and varied flavors, perhaps not achievable in mono-varietal oils obtained from a single type of olive.


Our blend is the surprising result of a mix of Ogliarola Garganica, Leccino and Picholine collected in our family countryside. Its flavor is as pleasant as its taste. Medium fruity, the nose is reminiscent of tomato leaves, chicory and with pleasant notes of freshly cut grass.
The taste is slightly spicy and bitter.

Great if combined with grilled vegetables, red meats and bruschettas, but it is also perfect for salads and caprese with buffalo mozzarella.

PERFUME:
Balanced, with intense sensations of the herbaceous and fruity.

 

TASTE:
Slightly spicy and bitter. Pleasantly intense. In the mouth fully confirms the olfactory notes fresh and lively. The delicate tones of bitter and spicy come gradually.

 

ACIDITY:
Maximum 0.19 % (% oleic acid);

Ideal in combination with grilled vegetables and bruschetta, but it is also great for salads and caprese with mozzarella di bufala.


Great for highlight of the appetizers , I decided, and fresh vegetables (such as chicory or radicchio).


It is also recommended for its use with grilled red meats.
